We will conduct a full search and provide you with a shortlist of candidates together with a CV video of each one. You will be able to access the CV video by simply clicking on the link provided, as many times as you need, at no extra cost.
Our cv videos are short and concise, with each video running for 3-5 minutes per candidate. Your first screening of the 3 shortlisted candidates should take you between 9-15 minutes at most. It is easy, efficient and it reduces the need for a lengthy preliminary interview.
You will gain an “instant connection” to the candidate, which will enable you to make a preliminary assessment as to their suitability (demeanor, communication skills and experience fit). The face to face interview will become less daunting on both sides.
It’s a completely free service offered to all our candidates and supplements the traditional resume or cv.
To record a short CV video, it will take around 20 minutes of your time. We guide the process during the whole of the recorded interview. The results will produce a CV video of 3-5 minutes that truly reflects you, your competences and experience.
By allowing us to record and edit your interview, you automatically agree that your CV video will be shown to our clients for roles which match your experience.
We will never send your CV video to clients without your prior approval. You remain in full control of your career progression and choices.
Your CV video will make no mention of your name, nor your current employer, to protect your privacy (and your current job!).
You have the right to ask us to delete your CV video at any point during your job seeking process. This will be done within 48 hours of receiving you request by email.
